- Intentions: I start each day with an intention and map out my day with my intention in mind.
- Meditation: My Meditation is a 30 minute walk, run or the elliptical to clear my mind and set the tone for the day.
- Journal: I like to write my thoughts down as a review of the day and to give gratitude.
- To do list: I review my to do list from the previous day and check off completed items and make a plan for the pending tasks.
